More Info about this coffee

A regional blend, this Colombian coffee is produced by 230 small, family-owned farms that make up the Grupo Asociativo El Bombo (ASOBOMBO). The beans are harvested, depulped, fermented, fully washed, and solar dried on screens underneath a glass ceiling, protecting the beans from the Earth's elements. Grown in a corner of the Earth with a rich history, the intricate harmony of this bright gem translate into a palatable cup of coffee, sure to transform any sleepy old morning.

More info about this farm
ASOBOMBO began in hope of increasing the market value of the coffee on which these many producers' livelihoods depend, a venture in which they've thus far been successful. This group of producers are located in the Pitalito municipality with soil as rich as its pre-Colombian history, near the Laboyos Valley and astonishing 400 meter Bardones waterfall. Call it fate, magic, or expertly planned, but it's no coincidence that this bag of Colombian is so intricate. For each farm, there is a micro-mill where post-harvest practices are consistent with all others, creating a consistency difficult to imagine with enough difference between them that they blend together perfectly.
