Refunds

Reach out to us within 30 days, if there is any reason you are not happy with your order.  We will work to make things right. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot make any promises of a refund or exchange.

Coffee

If you are not fully enjoying your coffee, contact us within 30 days of purchase with proof of the purchase (receipt and/or batch number on the package).  After validating your claim, we will either issue a refund, credit, or offer to send a replacement.  Please, do not return coffee to us, it's perishable and cannot be resold.  

Merchandise

Again, we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If that is not the case and you contact us with 30 days of purchase we will offer you a refund or exchange.   

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned to us unused and in the the original packaging.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not refundable, but are infinitely re-giftable until used or expired.  Please, contact us with any questions.

Training Class Fees

Training class fees are not refundable, but are fully transferable to other humans and/or future classes until used or expired, we want you to attend a class that works for you. Please, contact us directly with your re-scheduling requests.

Order Mishaps

Occasionally, orders in whole or in part disappear into the common carrier labyrinth, cyber-space or the cracks at Tiny (very rarely, but it does happen). Even rarer, yet, they get damaged in route to your door or your neighbor receives your coffee. Let us know within 10 days, if any of this happens to your order we'll get a replacement heading your way immediately.  

If you entered the wrong shipping address or made any other mistake while placing your order, email or call us right away, we will do our best to intercept your order and get the right items going in the right direction.  If it is unrecoverable we will ask you to pay the cost of shipping the replacement items.

Subscription Cancellations

Our Subscribe & Save option allows automatic deliveries on your chosen schedule (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly) with a 10% discount. There's no future obligation—you can modify, pause, or cancel anytime without fees.

Navigate to 'Subscriptions' and select 'Cancel Subscription'.

Cancellations take effect immediately, halting future shipments and charges. We'll send a confirmation email. For any recent shipment, our standard 30-day refund/return policy applies if eligible.

One Time Orders

If you decide to cancel after ordering, we will do our best to stop the shipment and return your payment.  It may not be possible to do this in every case, if your order has already shipped or we did not get the request in time for someone to interrupt the normal order fulfillment process, our standard 30-day refund/return policy applies if eligible.
